Policies:
- At least one author must pay the full registration fee for each paper submission. An author may register up to two papers without additional charges by paying the full registration fee. To ensure publication in the conference proceedings, registration and payment must be completed by Aug 15, 2026.
- Registration fees do not include a printed copy of the conference proceedings, transportation, or hotel accommodations.
- Payment may be made by credit or debit card (Visa or MasterCard).
- Conference registration will be confirmed only after payment has been received.
IEEE members can sign up for TEC membership (free) and get the IEEE TEC Member rate.
