Youssef Fahmy

Youssef received the PhD (2025) and M.Sc. (2022) degrees in Electrical Engineering at Columbia University in the MPLab under Professor Matthias Preindl. He received the B.Sc. in Physics from Brandeis University, Waltham, MA, and in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University, New York, NY through a joint program in 2020. His interests, and current work, surround power electronics, electric vehicles, and renewable energy. Youssef is currently a Power Electronics Engineer at Tau Motors working on their Ion Platform.
