Presentation Guidelines

Authors of accepted papers should follow the applicable presentation guidelines below. No specific presentation or poster template is required.

Oral Presentation Guidelines

• Each presentation is allocated 15 minutes in total:
  • 10 minutes for the presentation
  • 5 minutes for questions and answers
• Presenters should prepare a maximum of 10 slides.
• Slides should clearly summarize the paper’s objectives, methodology, key findings, and conclusions.
• No specific PowerPoint template is enforced.

Poster Presentation Guidelines

• The poster size should be 24 × 36 inches.
• Posters may be designed in either portrait (vertical) or landscape (horizontal) orientation.
• No specific poster template is enforced.
• Posters should present the paper’s main objectives, methods, results, and conclusions in a clear and readable format.
